What Army Recruits Go Through At Boot Camp
Here's an inside look at the United States Army's intense 22-week basic training known as OSUT, which stands for One Station Unit Training. Senior Video Correspondent Graham Flanagan spent four days at the Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence located inside the Fort Benning military installation near Columbus, Georgia, where he observed different companies at various stages of training.
After a processing period that takes one to two weeks, recruits experience what's known as a "shark attack," when drill sergeants create a high-stress environment through a series of rapid-fire instructions and commands. Once the intensity subsides and training begins, the dynamic between the drill sergeants and the recruits evolves into one found between a teacher and students in a classroom.

Scary! U.S Armed Forces | United States Military Inventory | How Powerful is USA 2020
We examined the world's superpower United states armed forces. The United States is unarguably the most powerful country in the world, both numerically and technologically. We examine the armed forces in three categories in the field of Land, Air and Navy. We also touch on the nuclear capacity the army has. The American armed forces are under the command of the civilian power and US president who served as the Commander-in-Chief based on the US Constitution.
Over 50 world military powers, (army, air force, land forces, naval forces, special forces) are considered in the ranking which allows for a broad opportunity of comparisons to be achieved concerning relative military strengths. VSB defense

Despite rainy conditions that rarely let up during filming, we saw various dynamic aspects of training, such as marksmanship, tear gas exposure, and MOUT, which stands for military operations in urban terrain.
In the video, we incorrectly refer to duffle bags as rucksacks. Insider regrets the error.

Video: Scary! U.S. Army Special Forces - Green Berets in Action
This video is a compilation of us army special forces green berets training
The United States Army Special Forces, colloquially known as the "green berets" due to their distinctive service headgear, are a special operations force of the United States Army that are designed to deploy and execute nine doctrinal missions: unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, direct action, counter-insurgency, special reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, information operations, counterproliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and security force assistance.
The first two missions emphasize language, cultural, and training skills in working with foreign troops. Other Special Forces missions, known as secondary missions, include: combat search and rescue (CSAR), counter-narcotics, hostage rescue, humanitarian assistance, humanitarian demining, information operations, peacekeeping, and manhunts. Other components of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) or other U.S. government activities may also specialize in these secondary missions.
The Special Forces conduct these missions via seven geographically focused groups. Many of their operational techniques are classified, but some nonfiction works and doctrinal manuals are available

United States Army Basic Training (also known as Initial Entry Training, IET) is the recruit training program of physical and mental preparation for service in the United States Army, United States Army Reserve or Army National Guard. Carried out at several different Army posts around the United States, Basic Training is designed to be highly intense and challenging. The challenge comes as much from the difficulty of physical training as it does from the psychological adjustment to an unfamiliar way of life. Basic Training is divided into two parts: Basic Combat Training (BCT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). BCT consists of the first ten weeks of the total Basic Training cycle and is identical for all Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard recruits. AIT instead consists of the remainder of the total Basic Training period and is where recruits train in the specifics of their chosen fields. As such, AIT is different for each available Army career path, or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). AIT courses can last anywhere from 4 to 52 weeks. Soldiers are still continually tested for physical fitness and weapons proficiency and are subject to the same duties, strict daily schedule and disciplinary rules as in BCT.
